Q:What are the best forms of alternative energy? I'm confused. I keep reading about the pro's and con's and don't know what to think.
A:
Alternative energy is produced from sources other than coal and oil. These sources don’t get used up as coal and oil do. Alternative energy sources include such things as the sun, wind, moving water, and fuels made from plants. There is a problem with using alternative fuels to add to and eventually replace the energy from coal and oil. Even when you put together all the energy we can produce from all these alternatives, there isn’t enough to supply our energy needs. Perhaps some of the most promising forms of alternative energies have not yet been discovered.
